This is fan art for Brandon Sanderson’s alchemic Mistborn trilogy. In it humans and other species burn base metals and alloys to generate specific supernatural powers. There is also a lot about evil and The Deepness and Lord Rulers and of course justice and honor and class divisions and whatnot. All in all, really quite good.
