What completely  knocks me out about this photographer is that he’s taken pictures of everybody, and—other than this amazing portrait of Couric—they’re all essentially senior high yearbook photographs. The photographs of Matthew Broderick, Elliot Smith, Stephen Tyler and Usher (no links, unfortunately) literally have the classic dude-leaning-forward-with-leg-up-forearm-on-knee pose.  Lots of awkwardly crossed arms, too.
